At  mileS⁵  we strive to ingrain a strong athlete personality in every child through holistic sports training. We focus on the 5S model of fitness training i.e. strength, speed, stamina, skills and spirit to establish a firm foundation that will help children excel in any sport and make fitness an integral part of their life.
We are constantly evolving and keeping pace with new developments in the fitness arena. Our instructors undergo specific training on a continuous basis. In addition to our regular sports curriculum, these are some of the activities we plan to incorporate: Kickboxing, Plyometrics training, Battle ropes training, Stability ball workouts, Tyre workouts, Suspension rope training, Kettlebell training etc.
