Kleinetics Yoga  for Kids & Teens

We at Kleinetics Fitness educate kids about the true spirit of Yoga as it is a way of living that aims towards a healthy mind in a healthy body. The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul & helps bring together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind.

Our specialised youth yoga trainers make yoga practices fun and enjoyable for kids via storytelling, in order to inculcate the importance of yoga, breathing and meditation at a young age.

Course Content:

The sessions will be highly energetics & filled with fun asanas using storytelling.

The course will include:

  • Power Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Dynamic Stretching

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Time: 6.00 – 6.45 PM

Duration: 45 minutes

Age Group: Above 7 years

Batch: Max of 15 students per session, with two senior coaches

We believe in keeping our students fit and healthy in all aspects of life – social, physical, mental and educational by incorporating the element of structural play to our drills.
