Kickboxing Fitness:

Kickboxing Fitness by Kleinetics for Kids & Teens  

Elevating the fitness levels of kids via elements of self defence, to build strength, endurance and stamina. The course will be conducted by trained MMA professionals, teaching basic techniques, challenges and learning a new skill while building strength, focus, agility, endurance, self discipline and participating in group/team games. 

With the intention of having physically literate children to grow up to be physically literate adults Kleinetics’ core competency lies in truly adding the FUN in *fun*ctional fitness.

Days: Monday & Wednesday

Time: 6.30 PM 

Duration: 45 minutes

Age Group: Above 7 years

Batch: Max of 15 students per session, with two senior coaches
