Mother-baby class
Kangatraining is a postnatal, total body workout for mothers to get their body back in shape, strengthen their pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and exercise in a fun environment while the baby is cuddled up with you. It is tailor made to suit the needs of new moms and has been approved by gynacs, midwives and peditricians
Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn on them and get to be part of the action! As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local mums in a fun, relaxed environment boosts their emotional wellbeing.
