Rules and Regulations
No refunds will be made once ticket is sold.
Each ticket allows entry only once in the permitted time slot to the Carnival.
Multiple time entries not allowed.
Children below 12 years to be accompanied by an adult.
Pre registration needed for creative workshops.

The Venue owner reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.
The Venue Owner may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, picture, publicity material or website.
